Cellular viability results. (A) Cell proliferation assay showed that the proliferative ability of MSCs + OA group was significantly increased compared with OA group on days 3, 5, and 7 (∗P < 0.05, vs. OA group). (B) In OA group, the early, late, and total apoptosis rates were 1.54% ± 0.91%, 14.35% ± 1.25%, and 15.89% ± 1.30%, respectively. (C) In MSCs + OA group, the early, late, and total apoptosis were 1.85% ± 0.71%, 5.24% ± 0.99%, and 7.09% ± 0.68%, respectively.
