•New onset of nasal symptoms in high-risk patients (e.g., immunocompromised patients). •Patients with acute complications of rhinosinusitis. •Patients with sinonasal symptoms or radiological evidence suggesting unilateral disease. •Suspicion of CSF leak. •Patients with known history of sinonasal neoplasms in need of regular surveillance. •Failed appropriate medical treatment of CRS. •Initial office visits for postoperative sinonasal care.
