  • New onset of nasal symptoms in high-risk patients (e.g., immunocompromised patients).

  • Patients with acute complications of rhinosinusitis.

  • Patients with sinonasal symptoms or radiological evidence suggesting unilateral disease.

  • Suspicion of CSF leak.

  • Patients with known history of sinonasal neoplasms in need of regular surveillance.

  • Failed appropriate medical treatment of CRS.

  • Initial office visits for postoperative sinonasal care.
