Kremen2 knockdown repressed tumorigenicity of gastric cancer cells in vivo. Transfected GC cells expressing luciferase were subcutaneously injected to establish xenografts. Data including tumor volume and bodyweight were collected every two days. At the end of the in vivo study, bioluminescence was observed via an in vivo imaging system. (A) Tumor volume.
