Prophylactic epicutaneous immunization via laser‐generated micropores (EPI). (A) Mice were immunized 3 times with LamOVA, OVA, a mix of OVA with laminarin (Lam + OVA), laminarin (Lam) or PBS followed by i.p. sensitization and aerosol challenge. Numbers indicate days.
