Activity Staining of Peroxidase from Moringa oleifera Leaves. After electrophoresis, gels were immersed into a solution containing a final concentration of 30 mM H2O2, 15 mM o-dianisidine, and 0.1 M sodium phosphate buffer pH 6.5 for the development of chromophores.
