Can1 and Lyp1 were expressed from the constitutive ADH1 promoter with a C-terminal YPet tag. Normalized growth refers to cell density after 24 h, normalized to minimal media without amino acids. Values are the mean of biological triplicates. Error bars represent standard deviation and, in some cases, are obscured by the data point.
