Mutant (b) and wild-type (c) TERT promoter-driven luciferase constructs with mutant or wild-type Sp1 binding sites were transfected into B16F10 and MC38 cells, and the ChIP-qPCR assays were then performed to determine the effect of the presence of Sp1 binding sites on the recruitment of Sp1/GABP to TERT promoter in the indicated cells.
