VLPFMDV-specific cytokine production in spleen cells of vaccinated mice. Mice (n = 5 per group) were vaccinated orally twice with PBS, KST0668, or KST0669. Single cell suspensions of splenocytes were treated with 10 μg/mL VLPFMDV for 24 h, and supernatants were collected for determination of VLPFMDV-specific cytokines (IFN-γ, IL-5, and IL-17A) using ELISA.
