Mice (n = 5 per group) were orally immunized with PBS (black circle) or KST0669 (red triangle) twice at two-week intervals and then infected orally with 1 × 106 CFU Salmonella Typhimurium LT2 strain. (A–C) Mice organs (cecum and spleen) and bloods were isolated at 2, 4, or 6 days post-infection. The CFU of bacteria in the cecum (A), the spleen (B), and blood (C) were counted.
