Mean absorbance at 492 nm ± standard deviation related to anti-OVA IgG1 (a) and IgG2a (b) antibodies production was determined over time after immunization of BALB/c mice from sera collected on days 14 and 21 post immunization (primary response) or on day 28 (secondary response). Primary IgG1 production was determined at 1/512 serum dilution, whereas the secondary one was obtained at 1/32,696 dilution.
