Comparison of IgG1 and IgG2a production and footpad swelling (FS) induced by the delayed type hypersensitivity reaction (DTH) to OVA alone or carried by three different cationic nanoparticles NPs: DODAB bilayer fragments (BF) [44], PDDA/OVA NPs [20], and PMMA/DODAB/PDDA NPs (this work).
