α-Pinene increases the expression of signaling molecules of the AKT signaling pathway in mouse splenic NK cells. BALB/c mice were treated with α-pinene at 0 or 40 mg/kg for 3 days. After 3 days, splenic NK cells were isolated from the mice. The total cell lysate was obtained and subjected to immunoblotting.
