Effects of FeO_xNPs on BEAS-2B cell viability and membrane integrity. Cells were treated with γ-Fe₂O₃ (a), α-Fe₂O₃ (b), Fe₃O₄ (c) and FeO_x-mix (d) in a range of concentrations from 0.02 to 200 g/mL in SCM for 24 h at 37 °C then (A) cell viability was measured using CCK-8 assay and (B) membrane integrity was measured by lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release assay. Data represent means and SD of three technical replicates.
