Approximate location of the probes and sensors at the apse vault of the cathedral of Valencia. Details of the installation of the probes and a scheme depicting the installation of probes in the frescoes can be seen in [1] and [2]. The image shows the position of the 29 probes for monitoring the relative humidity (RH) of the indoor atmosphere, displayed in different colors according to their position. Seven probes were located on the ribs (orange), two at the cornice (light orange), ten on the walls below the severies (purple), and ten probes on the frescoes (green).
