Stacked one dimensional 1Hwater_presat NMR spectra of Mexican Cabernet and Merlot wines (A,C) and Agave angustifolia Haw, Agave potatorum Zacc, Agave salmiana ssp. Crassispina, Agave cupreata and selected blends (see Table 1) from Mexican mezcal samples (B,D). Regions A and B comprise the 1H frequency range between 10 and 5.5 ppm, whilst 1H NMR expansions in C and D run from 4.5 to 0.5 ppm. Binning strategies for both systems to obtain data dimensionality are highlighted with gray boxes.
