¹ IC_20/80 values were estimated using the formula ${\mathrm{IC}}_{\mathrm{F}} = (\frac{100-\mathrm{F}}{\mathrm{F}}{)}^{1/\mathrm{H}}\times {\mathrm{IC}}_{50}$, where F is the desired percentage of maximal inhibition, i.e., 20% or 80%, and H is hill slope/gradient of the non-linear regression curve. ² IC₅₀ data were based on mean values obtained from duplicated dose–response curves in two independent experiments.
