Unlike SUN1, POM121 did not form aggregates in HGPS. Immunocytochemistry of (a) control (GMO1651c) and (b) HGPS (HGADFN127) fibroblasts using mAb414 and α-POM121 antibody, counterstained with DAPI. POM121 and mAb414 cluster in invaginations of interphase HGPS cells.
