Glyphosate exposure does not affect the stability of actin filaments. (A) The Western blot analysis of actin partitioning between the P fraction and the SN fraction in zebrafish embryos exposed to glyphosate indicated that the percentage of actin in the P and SN fractions did not significantly change in any of the groups exposed to glyphosate compared to that of the control group. (B) Western blot analysis against actin antibody. The quantification analysis relative to that of the control indicated that after glyphosate exposure, actin levels in the whole embryo extracts did not significantly change in any of the groups.
