This table summarizes the extent of donor genetic content within muscle biopsy tissues in prior reports compared to this study. Each of the reports applied different methods, although the findings in the current study are similar to that reported in one of the prior studies. Note that the donor genetic content was multiplied by two compared to the result from Figure 2, because our ddPCR assay was specific for a variant that was heterozygous in the donor.
