Analysis of cytokines and chemokines secreted by SK-MEL-28 (sensitive, parental) and vemurafenib-resistant (VR2 and VR3) melanoma cells. Concentrations of the indicated analytes in conditioned media (CM) were quantified by multiplex immunoassay.
