Relative expression of selected genes of Leuconostoc pseudomesenteroides DSM 20193 and Lactiplantibacillus plantarum PU1 cultivated on Finnish brewers’ spent grain (FL-BSG) until the late (after ca. 14 h) exponential (LE) phase of growth at 30 °C was reached. The calibrator conditions used were the same bacterial cultures grown in MRS until the LE phase of growth (after ca. 8 h) at 30 °C was reached.
