Spheroid formation potential of w.t. and KO clones of (A) SK-N-BE cells, and (B) U2OS cells were seeded in a 96-well plate precoated with 50 μL of 1% agar (see Section 2). Inverted microscope images taken at the indicated times (d = days) are shown. At least two separate experiments were performed, in quadruplicates.
