Self-taught Neural Agent. Neurons are all equally excited by a repetitive ramp K. In each run, the agent burns “dark energy”, fires and declares a unique vector folding variation (blue-red column to the right). These self-generated elements are added to the current vector angle, and the protein undergoes an internally achieved small twisting.
