Mouse antisera of each group were pooled for neutralization tests. The NT50 was defined as the highest dilution of sera able to neutralize 50% of infection. The data are representative results from 3 independent experiments. NMS: normal mouse sera; DV2: Dengue virus Thai strain 16681.
