Total ion chromatograms of YXJD. Five groups of YXJD consisting of different batches were diluted to 0.06 g/mL and precipitated with an equal amount of methanol. The supernatants were obtained by centrifugation (10000 rpm) for 40 min and analyzed by UPLC-MS/MS using a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution with a gradient program.
