Characterization of stem cells isolated from human exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHED). Results of flow cytometric analyses of SHED are shown. (a) Isotype-matched IgG1 antibody was used as a control. Percentages of cell markers CD73 (b), CD105 (c), CD34 (d), and CD45 (e) expressed in SHED were analyzed by flow cytometry. (f) Morphologically, the cultured SHED were spindle-shaped.
