lncRNAS56464.1 as a ceRNA promotes the proliferation of fibroblast-like synoviocytes in experimental arthritis via the Wnt signaling pathway by sponging miR-152-3p. When the body is stimulated by external damage factors, the expression of lncRNAS56464.1 increases, and it competitively binds to miRNA and decreases the expression of miR-152-3p. Therefore, it increases the expression of Wnt1, β-catenin, c-Myc, and cyclin D1 in the Wnt signaling pathway, further promoting the phosphorylation of GSK-3β, reducing the expression of SFRP4, and activating the Wnt signaling pathway and thus promoting the proliferation of FLS and affecting the occurrence and development of RA. FLS, fibroblast-like synoviocytes; RA, rheumatoid arthritis.
