Inhibition of miR-532-3p weakened the protective effect of downregulated MALAT1 against H9C2 myocardial cell injury. (A) The expression of miR-532-3p in H9C2 cells was detected using RT-qPCR. (B) The apoptosis rate was detected using flow cytometry. (C) The injury index of H9C2 cells was detected using ELISA. (D and E) Lipid oxidation and inflammatory responses in rats were detected using ELISA. Three independent repeated tests were conducted.
