miR-93-5p promotes the proliferation, migration and invasion, and inhibits the apoptosis of EC cells by downregulating the expression of TGFβR2. EC9706 cells were transfected with miR-93-5p mimic + oe-NC, NC mimic + oe-NC, miR-93-5p mimic + oe-TGFβR2, respectively. (A) RT-qPCR detection of TGFβR2 mRNA expression in each transfection group. (B) WST-1 assay was performed to detect cell viability in each group. (C) Wound healing assay was applied to detect the migratory ability in each group (500 µm). (D) Transwell assay was carried out to detect cell invasive ability in each group (100 µm).
