Based on TMS and FAS, most of the patients were at early disease stages, however two of them were more advanced. CAG, cytosine-adenine-guanine; TMS, Total Motor Score out of 124 (the higher the scores the more impaired the performance); FAS, Functional Assessment Score out of 25 (the higher the scores the better the performance); SD, Standard Deviation.
