EZH2 inhibits TPM1 to promote CRC cell proliferation and angiogenesis. After SW480 and HCT116 cells were transfected with pcDNA3.1- EZH2, sh- EZH2 or sh-EZH2 + sh-TPM1, qRT-PCR (a) and Western blot (b) were employed to measure the levels of EZH2 and TPM1.
