The effects of bleomycin (BLE), chronic intermittent hypoxia (CIH), and pirfenidone (PF) on the nuclear factor-κB (NFκB)/nuclear factor-erythroid-related factor 2 (Nrf2) signaling pathway. Protein-expression levels in the total and nuclear fractions of lung tissues were analyzed by Western blotting. β-Actin or histone H3 were detected as loading controls for the total and nuclear fractions, respectively.
