The mechanism of 19d-induced MDA-MB-468 cells death. (A) Cell cycle distribution of MDA-MB-468 cells was measured by flow cytometry using propidium iodide (PI) staining. (B) Apoptosis rates of MDA-MB-468 cells were detected by Annexin V-fluorescein isothiocyanate isomer I (FITC)/PI staining after treatment with 19d. (C) After DMSO, 1, 3.3 and 10 μmol/L of 19d treatment in MDA-MB-468 cells, the expression levels of BCL-2, BAX and caspase 3 were determined by Western blot analysis. β-Actin was measured as loading control. (D) Colony formation assay was used to detect the proliferation ability in MDA-MB-468 cells after treatment of compound 19d. Scale bar: 10 mm.
