Knockdown of PFTK1 suppresses the EMT progression in NSCLC cells. A549 cells were transfected with si-PFTK1 or si-Mock for 24 h, respectively. (A) The mRNA expression levels of E-cadherin, vimentin, fibronectin, and N-cadherin were measured using qRT-PCR. (B) The protein expression levels of E-cadherin, vimentin, fibronectin, and N-cadherin were examined by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting.
