Inhibition of the Src signaling pathway repressed IGF-I-induced upregulation of miR-30a expression in NPC cells. The serum-starved cells were pretreated with or without PP2 (10 µM) for 2 h followed by IGF-I (100 ng/ml) stimulation for 48 h. The expression of miR-30a was analyzed by real-time PCR.
