miR-489 mimic transfection suppressed proliferation and invasion of T24 and UMUC3 bladder cancer cell lines. The negative control mimic (NC) or miR-489 mimic was transfected into T24 and UMUC3 human bladder cancer cell lines. After incubation for 48 h, miR-489 expression was detected with real-time qPCR, cell proliferation was detected with the CCK-8 method, and cell invasion was detected with the Transwell invasion assay.
