SASH1 inhibits migration and invasion of hepatocarcinoma cells. HepG2 and HCCLM3 cells were transiently transfected with pcDNA3.1-SASH1 or pcDNA3.1 for 48 h. The migratory potential of HepG2 (A) and HCCLM3 (C) cells was detected by Transwell assay. The invasive ability of HepG2 (B) and HCCLM3 (D) cells was detected by Transwell assay with Matrigel.
