The survey items for independent variables were asked on a 5-point scale (strongly disagree to strongly agree) and were dichotomized for model specification into strongly agree/agree (1) and neither disagree or agree/disagree/strongly disagree (0). Model fit statistics for model 1 were X2(12)= 83.88, p< 0.001 and for model 2 were X2(8)= 103.11, p< 0.001. OR: odds ratio, CI: confidence interval
