TIPE2 inhibits xenografted tumor growth in vivo. MDA-MB-231 cells (1 × 106 cells in 0.2 ml of PBS) stably transfected with TIPE2 or vector were injected subcutaneously into the dorsal flank of female Balb/c nude mice.
