Purification of CCHFV NP by CsCl density gradient centrifugation. pCAGGS-CCHFV/NP-transfected HEK293T cells were lysed and fractionated through CsCl density gradient centrifugation as descibed in Methods. Each fraction was analyzed by SDS-PAGE (a) and Western blotting (b). Crude lysates of pCAGGS-CCHFV/NP- and mock-transfected HEK293T cells and purified NP obtained from pooled fractions 8–10 are also shown.
