Correlation of IgG reactivity in human sera between the CCHFV NP-based ELISA and Blackbox-ELISA. ELISA plates were coated with purified NP (10 µg/ml). Serum samples were used at 1:100 dilution. The HRPO-conjugated protein A/G reagent (1:10,000 dilution) was used to detect bound antibodies. Scatter plots of the index values obtained by the CCHFV NP-based ELISA and Blackbox-ELISA are shown with the linear regression line (dashes). The coefficient of determination of R² and the cutoff lines (dotted lines) of both the CCHFV NP-based ELISA and Blackbox-ELISA are also shown.
