(A) Invasion ability of CCA cells was investigated using an evasion assay. The migration distances were quantitatively analyzed and compared. The results (mean ± SEM) are the averages of three measurements from duplicate dots/sample. (B) Activities of MMPs were determined using a gelatin zymography assay. (C) Expression of epithelial markers (E-cadherin and claudin-1) and mesenchymal markers (N-cadherin, vimentin, and Slug) was determined using Western blotting.
