Fig. 4 — Lateral flow immunoassay based sensing of COVID-19 viral infection. The patients' serum sample containing IgG and IgM antibodies is introduced in the sample pad and flows through the strip via capillary action. The release pad contains the gold SARS-CoV-2 antigen conjugate and gold rabbit IgG conjugate. The two test lines are immobilized with anti-human IgG and anti-human IgM, and the control line is immobilized with anti-rabbit IgG.
