Two-way ANOVA (Dunnett’s multiple comparisons test) was performed on these data: n = 5 per group, * indicates a P-value of < 0.05 [Surgery side: F(20, 198) = 9.178, Contralateral side: F(22, 144) = 32.20]. In post-hoc analyses, Bonferroni adjustment to all P-values for week-by-week comparisons of FRICT-ION versus Control yields all nine P-values < 0.0009.
