20 = complete incontinence.
Never = 0 (never).
Rarely = < 1 / month.
Sometimes = < 1 / week, > 1 / month.
Usually = < 1 / day, > 1 / week.
Always = > 1 / day
The continence score is determined by adding points from the above table, which takes into account the type and frequency of incontinence and the extent to which it alters the patient’s life.
