(a) Regions of wild type murine (b) APC/Min + murine and (c) porcine intestine that were not-insonated near the points A1, B1, C1 or insonated near points A2, B2, C2. In all cases tissue was exposed to Quantum dots. Quantum dots were clearly visible only when tissue was insonated near points A2, B2 and C2. Images were taken after insonation.
