Inhibitory effects of MIA-690 (5 g) and MR-409 (5 μg) on prostaglandin E₂ (A) and 8-iso-prostaglandin F_2α (B) levels in colon segment of DSS-induced colitis (n = 6 for each group of treatment). Water group were control mice untreated with DSS.
