COX2 small interfering RNA (siRNA) partially promotes miR-136 overexpression-induced inhibition effects. (A) The expression level of COX2 protein following transfection of HepG2 or Hep3B cells with miR-136 mimics and/or COX2 siRNA was confirmed by Western blotting. (B) The proliferation capacity of miR-136-overexpressing HepG2 or Hep3B cells cotransfected with COX2 siRNA (si-COX2) or control siRNA (si-control) was measured by CCK-8 assay. *p < 0.01 compared to miR-136 + si-COX2.
