Puerarin inhibited cell viability and promoted cell apoptosis via upregulation of miR-16 in T24 cells. The mRNA levels of miR-16 in (A) puerarin-treated cells or (B) miR-16 inhibitor-transfected cells were detected by quantitative real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR), respectively.
