miR-522-3p overexpression promoted cell proliferation and repressed cell apoptosis in human CRC cells. miR-522-3p mimic, inhibitor, or negative controls (mimic NC and inhibitor NC) was transfected into two human CRC cell lines (HCT-116 and HT29). (A) The expression changes of miR-522-3p were detected by qRT-PCR (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01). (B) Cell viability was detected by MTT assay (*p < 0.05, ***p < 0.001, compared with the mimic NC group; #p < 0.05, ##p < 0.01, ###p < 0.001, compared with the inhibitor NC group).
